What we collect
When you sign up for tender alerts or apply for funding, we collect your company name, contact person, mobile number, email address and the details you give us about your industry, provinces, contract sizes, purchase orders or invoices. We also record the date of your consent and the IP address it came from.
Why we use it
- To send you the tender alerts you asked for.
- To assess and discuss your funding application.
- To contact you about funding offers, if you agreed to that.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. When you apply for funding, we may share your application with funding partners who help us finance your deal, and only for that purpose. We use trusted service providers to host our website and send emails.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're subscribed or while your application or funding is active, and for as long as the law requires after that.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us using it, at any time. Every alert email has an unsubscribe link that stops alerts immediately. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
